You can basically just eat anything you would eat normally, just in smaller portions. (As long as it's healthy.) Instead of having an entire sandwich and a salad and a piece of fruit, have half a sandwich and a piece of fruit, then eat a salad another time. Just learn how to cut your portions down to smaller sizes, and cut out unnecessary fats. Eating like this is great, it's like all day snacking. You won’t have to feel hungry, but never feel too full. Also with smaller meals your stomach will get smaller helping you control your urges.
